Returns
Return Costs
You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.
Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used. The refund does not include any shipping or handling costs.
Whenever you return goods to us, either because you believe they are faulty or because you change your mind, we ask that goods are returned to us by recorded delivery or courier so that you have proof of posting. We will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
21 Days to Return
All items must be returned within 21 days of receipt. Returned Items must be unused and with all tags and original packaging. Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of any item that has been used or returned in an unsaleable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to You or your Recipient.

We will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm once we have received the items. Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items. Please note we can only except refunds for items in a re-saleable condition, with all original labels and packaging.
